Ingredients

Scale
  • 250g oats
  • 500g quark
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Cumin or spices of choice

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 180 degrees Celsius.
  2. Mix the oats, quark, eggs, baking powder, salt, pepper, and spices in a large bowl until well combined.
  3. Knead the dough until it is uniform and not too sticky.
  4. Shape the dough into a loaf that fits well in the air fryer basket.
  5. Bake the loaf in the air fryer for about 25-30 minutes, checking for doneness by tapping – it should sound hollow.
  6. Cool the bread before slicing for a moist and easy cut.

Notes

Variety the spices according to your taste. Wrap the cooled bread in plastic wrap to preserve freshness.
