- 200 g frozen leaf spinach
- 100 g mini tomatoes
- 150 g grated cheese
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1.5 tablespoons wheat flour
- 250 ml milk
- 100 ml cream
- 100 ml water
- 3 tablespoons tomato paste
- 1 onion
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 teaspoon sweet paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Prepare the onion and garlic by peeling and dicing them.
- Heat the butter in a saucepan.
- Sauté the onions and garlic in the heated butter until soft and translucent.
- Add the flour and tomato paste to the pot and stir well.
- Gradually add milk, cream, and water while stirring continuously until the mixture is creamy.
- Stir in paprika, salt, and pepper and bring to a boil.
- Layer the gnocchi, sauce, spinach, mini tomatoes, and grated cheese in a baking dish.
- Bake the casserole in a preheated oven at 220°C for 30 minutes.
